Returns & Cancellation Policy
Due to the temperature-sensitive and stability-controlled nature of our research materials, Prime Results Labs is unable to accept product returns once an order has shipped. All research compounds are handled under strict chain-of-custody, quality assurance, and controlled-storage protocols to preserve batch integrity and validation standards.
Order cancellation requests may be submitted prior to shipment confirmation only. Once an order has entered fulfillment, quality release, or carrier transit, cancellations and modifications can no longer be processed.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Shipments
All orders are inspected, verified, and documented prior to shipment release. If your order arrives with missing items, shipment discrepancies, or visible damage, please notify Prime Results Labs immediately upon delivery with your order number and supporting documentation.
Each case is reviewed individually under our quality assurance and distribution protocols. Where appropriate, resolutions may include replacement authorization, shipment correction, or account credit approval.
International Orders
Prime Results Labs currently distributes products exclusively within the United States. Orders originating outside approved domestic jurisdictions or routed through unauthorized channels are undertaken at the purchaser’s risk.
Prime Results Labs assumes no responsibility for customs actions, international transit delays, seizure events, or losses occurring outside approved U.S. distribution pathways.
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only under approved and verified circumstances, including documented shipment errors or validated product integrity concerns confirmed by our quality assurance team.
Approved refunds are generally processed to the original payment method within approximately 10 business days, though additional processing time may occur depending on the financial institution or payment provider.
